What Will You Be Doing?
* Managing the day-to-day operations of the school library
* Promoting reading for pleasure across all key stages
* Organising book clubs, literacy events, and author visits
* Supporting pupils with research skills, homework, and revision
* Helping pupils select age-appropriate and diverse reading material
* Working closely with English and pastoral staff to promote literacy
