Senior Children's Residential Care Worker
Location: Glossop, SK13
Hours: 40 per week plus sleep
Hourly Pay: £14.35 - £15.43 per hour, £66 per sleep‑in (typical 6 nights per month)
Requirements: NVQ or equivalent in a relevant field
Our client seeks experienced individuals looking to step up into a senior role or bring leadership skills to an innovative company. This role is based in one of three beautiful homes in the idyllic Peak District. Key Responsibilities
* Ensure the safety and well‑being of young people
* Lead, supervise and support junior staff
* Assist management with policies, procedures and resource deployment
* Cover various shifts including sleep‑ins
* Liaise with external agencies to advocate for young people
* Promote an inclusive and respectful work culture
* Maintain confidentiality at all times
