We require experience with CI/CD tooling such as GitHub, Terraform, Python, and Infrastructure/Policy/Configuration as Code. We require experience working with SASE platforms such as Zscaler, Palo Alto, Blue Coat, or McAfee Web Gateway/SkyHigh. We require knowledge of secure enterprise browser technologies such as Chrome Enterprise, Island, Talon, or Edge for Business. We require a strong understanding of security controls, DLP, browser isolation, and SASE architecture patterns. We require experience supporting incident resolution, operational support, and change management processes. We require strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills across technical and product teams. Experience working within regulated environments such as financial services is desirable. Responsibilities: We will deliver hands-on DevOps engineering using Infrastructure as Code, Policy as Code, CI/CD pipelines, API-driven automation, and automated testing. We will build, enhance, and maintain secure web access infrastructure including proxy services, protected enterprise browsers, and web/API traffic controls. We will support the evolution of infrastructure and security patterns for internet connectivity, browser policy management, and B2B integrations. We will collaborate with product and platform teams on technical design, architecture, and roadmap planning. We will conduct root cause analysis and support incident remediation alongside security and platform engineering teams. We will implement configuration-as-code and policy-as-code approaches to reduce reliance on manual administration processes. We will support monitoring, stability, and continuous improvement of SASE platforms and secure browsing technologies. We will participate in incident, change, and problem management activities. We will ensure infrastructure services meet resilience, compliance, documentation, and audit standards. We will work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external vendors to maintain high service standards. We will implement and maintain enterprise web traffic security and access policies aligned to risk frameworks. We will integrate infrastructure and controls with SIEM and analytics platforms to support threat detection and response. We will balance strong security controls with user experience and usability considerations. We will participate in security reviews, risk assessments, and policy updates.
