We are looking for an enthusiastic and positive individual to join our new team, as part of the STEP Project in Denbighshire.
The aim of this project is to provide a better, overall, experience of living in temporary accommodation in Denbighshire, where people are supported to improve their wellbeing and build on their future.
STEP will support up to 50 households who currently reside in temporary accommodation. Support will initially begin in existing temporary settings in the borough (B&B), before transitioning into bespoke supported living facilities, as these premises become available.STEP is at the beginning of its journey and we are looking for a unique and talented person who is keen to travel with us.
Key Responsibilities:
1. To work in partnership with our wider team supporting families and single people living in temporary emergency accommodation across multiple sites in Rhyl.
2. To assist in delivering our programme of meaningful activities and co-production opportunities, providing structure and purpose for families and single people across multiple community locations.
The successful candidate(s) will be able to:
