Senior/ Master Technician required for Automotive dealer group in the Birmingham area. Our Client, an Automotive Manufacturer is currently seeking a Senior Vehicle Technician to join and lead their team of hardworking Vehicle Technicians.

Responsibilities
* Diagnosing Complex Faults
* Completing video vehicle health checks
* Offering your expertise as a Senior Technician to colleagues and supporting them within the workshop
* Working on Complex Repairs
* Assisting the "newer" members of the team with their training
* To ensure service and repairs are carried out to the highest quality standards, achieving total customer satisfaction
* To liaise with all Technicians and the Manager in respect of any quality / training issues
Requirements
* Be a fully qualified Senior Technician to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
* Experience within a Senior Vehicle Technician position in a Franchised environment
* A strong working experience within Diagnostic Repair
* Methodical problem-solving skills
The salary for this role is £40,000. The hours for this Senior Vehicle Technician role are 42 weekly hours, with weekend work included.
