This role is vital in supporting children and young people who are out of school, excluded, or accessing Alternative Provision. As a Business Support Administrator, your key responsibilities will include: Managing Team Inboxes : Handle enquiries and ensure timely responses. Processing Referrals : Assist in the referral process to alternative providers. Maintaining Records : Keep accurate records and update tracking systems. Providing Support : Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations. To succeed in this role, you should have: Strong IT Skills : Proficiency in Microsoft Office and MS Teams. Organisational Skills : Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Attention to Detail : Ensure accuracy in all tasks. Knowledge of Mosaic/Synergy : While advantageous, training will be provided.
