International / Export Account Manager – Europe & ROW

Salary: Up to £60,000 Basic + Bonus (Flexible DOE)

My client is a fast-growing beauty and personal care brand with a strong presence in the UK and expanding international markets. They work across mass beauty and licensed brands, delivering innovative, high-quality products that resonate with consumers worldwide.
The Role
We’re looking for an experienced International / Export Account Manager to manage and grow key accounts across Europe and Rest of World (ROW). You’ll be responsible for developing strong distributor and retail relationships, driving sales performance, and identifying new opportunities for international expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage existing distributor and retail relationships across Europe and ROW.
* Develop and execute commercial plans to achieve sales growth and profitability targets.
* Negotiate terms, pricing, and promotional activity with partners.
* Identify and onboard new distributors and retail partners in target markets.
* Collaborate closely with marketing, NPD, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth market execution.
* Monitor competitor activity and market trends to inform strategy.
* Represent the brand at international trade shows and customer meetings.
About You:
* Proven experience in international or export account management within beauty, personal care, or FMCG.
* Experience working with mass beauty or licensed brands would be a strong advantage.
* Strong commercial acumen with excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
* Confident communicator, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
* Willing to travel internationally as required.
