Job summary We are looking for an independent prescriber who is motivated and a forward-thinking Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join our growing same day care Team who undertake the assessment and treatment of patient needs. We are an established training practice in Swindon. We have a diverse clinical team including a Paramedic, Clinical Pharmacists, Admin support, Nurses & HCAs who form a strong, skilled team that are committed to providing high quality care and service. Main duties of the job You will work with our fantastic & expanding Team, supported by GPs, a Home Visiting Paramedic, Advance Clinical Practitioner & Clinical Administrators to provide both in practice and home visiting on the day/urgent patient appointments. The main duties of the role will be patient facing clinics including home visits managing minor ailments and acute conditions. The successful candidate will work closely with the varied wider team of clinicians to provide high quality care to a range of patients and support with meeting QOF and IIF targets, participating in vaccination programmes.
