Operations Manager
***Interim role – 6-9 month contract (with potential to become permanent)***

We’re looking for a strong Operations Manager to take ownership of multiple sites and help teams deliver great hospitality every day. You’ll be out in the business most of the week, supporting GMs, improving standards, and making sure guests leave happy and teams feel proud of the work they do.
What you’ll do...
* Ensure every site delivers consistently great service, staying close to customer feedback and acting quickly when improvements are needed.
* Put clear, simple routines and ways of working in place to maintain high daily standards, ensuring sites are compliant, well-presented and operationally sharp.
* Bring fresh ideas and commercial thinking that drive sales, footfall and memorable guest experiences, using data to understand what’s working and where attention is needed.
* Set stretching but realistic labour, margin and revenue targets, working closely with finance and commercial teams to protect profit and support meaningful investment decisions.
* Build a positive, high-performing culture by coaching GMs to be visible and confident leaders, giving honest feedback that helps people grow, and developing a strong talent pipeline for future leadership.
About you...
* Multisite operational leadership experience in hospitality
* Someone who leads by doing, present, visible, supportive
* Clear communicator who can influence in site, in the office and at board level
* Strong commercial skills, understands how to move a regional P&L in the right direction
* Comfortable with change, growth, and fast-moving environments
* Happy to travel regularly and spend the majority of the week on site
Salary £65 – 75k + bonus + perks
