Graduate Engineering Trainee - Staffordshire with EU Travel - Salary DOE + benefits

The role involves frequent EU travel so you must be able to travel at short notice and be prepared to work away for varied lengths of time (all costs are covered) Training will be provided and you must also hold a full clean UK driving license and have UK right to work.
Please note that you must have a minimum of 1 years commercial experience in any Engineering or Scientific discipline
You will play a pivotal role in driving the company’s business growth, forging strategic partnerships, undertaking leak detection and ensuring operational targets are met while aligning with the company’s mission of sustainability and innovation.
The business is at the beginning of a significant expansion, and are looking for someone driven, flexible and with a can-do spirit.
The Job
This is a hands-on role requiring a blend of technical acumen in both data management and project management, analytical skills, and strong interpersonal abilities.
Key Responsibilities
* Operations: Preparing equipment, managing inventory and undertaking diving and handheld methane leak detection.
* QGIS: Create driving detection areas using open source data platforms.
* Activity Tracking: Monitor driving and investigation activities and be responsible for quality control, efficiency, and issue identification.
* Reporting: Generate detailed reports and communicate results to clients, partners, and internal departments as required.
* Performance Metrics: Track activities using results-based KPIs and maintain the Plan of Record (POR).
* Partners Communication: Regularly engage with partners, which includes:
* Gathering insights on identified issues.
* Addressing required corrections and actions.
* Adapting plans upon needs.
* Maximising revenue opportunities
* Logistics Planning: Coordinate operational logistics and planning based on projects execution needs.
* Technical Support: Provide minor technical training and support on systems and software tools. Collaborate with the team to:
* Resolve technical support requests promptly.
* Ensure high instrument uptime.
* Perform timely system maintenance, updates, and checks.
* Cost Tracking: Monitor, benchmark, analyse and report partners ‘costs.
* Invoice Management: Generate and issue quotes and invoices for completed activities, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
* Dispute Resolution: Analyse, explain, and resolve discrepancies in invoicing with partners.
* Documentation: Maintain and archive all documents related to contracts, bills, invoices, and partner communications.
