You will be an outstanding teaching and learning practitioner with the skills to translate this into high standards and excellent attainment. Working with our Executive Head Teacher, you will be responsible for translating a clearly articulated vision into action. You will lead and manage the school day-to- day and work as part of a team in managing the strategic direction of the school. Our Head of School will: Be an effective and experienced senior leader with excellent management and organisational skills. Be able to lead transformational change, working at pace alongside governors and staff. Have sound knowledge of education best practice and be able to coach and support to ensure high quality teaching and learning. Monitor progress and performance to ensure every child and every member of staff achieves their best. Be innovative, working in partnership with our community, with neighbouring schools as part of the Hove Partnership, Durrington Research School and with the Local Authority.
