SEND / SLD Teacher - Primary SEND School

We are currently recruiting for a qualified SEND Teacher to join a lovely Primary SLD school in Hillingdon on a full-time basis, starting after half term.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive, nurturing environment where staff are committed to providing personalised learning for pupils with Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD) and complex needs.
The Role:
Full-time classroom teaching position
Teaching pupils with SLD and additional SEND needs
Planning and delivering highly differentiated, engaging lessons
Working closely with support staff, therapists and families
Creating a structured, calm and inclusive classroom environment
The Ideal Candidate:
Holds QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
Has proven experience working with SEND / SLD pupils
Confident adapting curriculum to meet complex learning needs
Patient, nurturing and resilient
Passionate about inclusive education
