Service Scheduler & Administrator Our client manufacturing market leader in their field, are recruiting for a Service Scheduler & Administrator to join their team in Great Yarmouth. This is a full time, permanent position, working Monday to Friday, 38.5 hours per week in Great Yarmouth. Normal office hours are 08:30 to 17:00 Monday to Thursday and 08:30 to 15:30 Friday. Knowledge, Skills & Experience: * Managing customer expectations in a diplomatic manner. * Experience in Business Administration or a relevant field. * 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role, manufacturing setting or facilities. * Strong organisational and time management abilities. * Excellent communication skills, with a customer-centric approach. * Microsoft Office Suite. * Sage (Nice to have) Desirable: * Experience in the UPVC/fenestration industry. Education: * Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
