Overview
As a CBRE Contract Support Analyst, you will provide administrative management of supplier contracts, certifications, and documentation consistent with internal and client requirements.
This job is part of the Contract Quality Management job function. They are responsible for managing the delivery of contractual services to ensure requirements are fulfilled.
What You’ll Do
* Evaluate and administer agreements for contracted services. This includes preparing new contracts, renewals, and amendments.
* Coordinate compliance procedures, facility maintenance, and landscaping requirements with vendors.
* Identify safety, operational, and maintenance issues. Schedule support for special facility maintenance and repair projects.
* Track vendor performance utilising established processes and systems. Prepare basic reports for internal and external stakeholders.
* Assist with the project management process involving internal and external contributors and vendors.
* Have some knowledge of standard principles with limited practical experience in applying them.
* Lead by example and model behaviours consistent with CBRE RISE values.
* Impact the quality of own work.
* Work within standardised procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines. Exchange straightforward information, ask questions, and check for understanding.
* Manage CAFM system as key user on site, including PPM records, reactives and reporting.
* Answer calls/emails for the business in a timely fashion
* Ensure all Reactive requests raised on the helpdesk have the correct priority/engineer assigned.
* Ensure communication is maintained throughout the reactive job life between the Facilities Team and end user(s).
* Liaise with Account Manager, Hard Services/Contract Manager and PPM Analyst daily/weekly to ensure quality of service is maintained.
* Actively identify/implement innovation across the contract to enhance performance and continue to meet client expectations.
What You’ll Need
* Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
* Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.
* Experience with analysing information and standard practices to make judgments.
* Organisational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.
Contract
* Assist with the monthly customer report.
* Provide comprehensive reports relating to the financial standings of the account through the CBRE Finance systems.
* Provide comprehensive reports relating to all jobs raised through the CAFM system.
* Analysis and comprehension of reports relating to CBRE Finance systems.
* Analysis and comprehension of reports relating to CAFM system.
* Monthly update of Client specific Metrics/Forecasting Model.
* Logging hazards & customer feedback on the QHSE Management Portal
* Perform any other duties or responsibilities as requested by the Management Team.
