Business Development Executive / Telesales Executive

Hours: 8:30 - 5:30 Monday to Friday

Location: Horsham, West Sussex

What will you be doing?

As a Business Development Executive, you'll be the first point of contact for potential customers, helping them discover how our services can benefit their business. This is a great opportunity to build a career in sales, develop your skills, and earn uncapped commission along the way.

Your day-to-day will include:

Reaching out to potential customers to book virtual and face-to-face meetings.

Collecting and updating customer details in our system.

Identifying key decision-makers and capturing contact information.

Scheduling follow-up calls and managing your sales pipeline.

Sending information to prospects and supporting the sales process.

Required skills & experience

Resilient and self-motivated with a positive, can do attitude.

Sales experience (or transferable skills in customer-facing roles).

A track record of working towards targets.

A confident communicator with great people skills.

Ambitious, motivated, and financially driven.
