You will support the development of compelling propositions and marketing communications to drive footfall and sales. The role involves crafting customer‑centric campaigns, strong planning and organisation, and balancing multiple multi‑channel initiatives.

Hours & Working Arrangement
37.5 hours per week. 9.00 am - 5.30 pm. Hybrid working available – 2 days from home, 3 days in the office near East Croydon Station.

Key Responsibilities
* Plan and execute events and experiential campaigns.
* Seek opportunities to build the brand across multiple channels.
* Develop active marketing strategies and communication programmes aligned with business objectives.
* Manage supplier/agency relationships.
* Support the development and upkeep of company websites.
* Manage and monitor social media forums and activity to generate interest.
* Create internal and external literature to promote the brand.
* Monitor and review sales and marketing campaigns and materials.
* Collaborate with the marketing manager, internal teams, clients and partners on marketing strategy.
* Provide administrative support to the marketing manager and senior mobile manager.
* Maintain collaborative working relationships with key partners, both internal and external, to support delivery of shared objectives.
* Manage budgets and accurately account for all spend across the activities you are responsible for delivering.
* Perform additional tasks in line with the job description as required.
* Represent the voice of customers and champion a customer‑first culture across the O+O platform.
