The role involves assisting clients with Learning Disabilities with daily living activities, promoting independence, and ensuring their well-being in various supported living settings in and around Chelmsford. Duties: - Provide personalised care and support to individuals with disabilities - Assist clients with personal hygiene, dressing, and feeding - Support clients in engaging in social activities and outings - Implement behaviour management strategies as needed - Administer medication following prescribed guidelines - Monitor and report changes in clients' health or behaviour - Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care - Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records Our clients all have different needs and interests, so every day is different.
