Key Responsibilities:
As Night Manager in Portsmouth, you'll be responsible for the smooth overnight operation of the hotel, including:
Running the night audit process
Managing and supporting a small night team
Checking guests in and out
Carrying out fire safety and security walks
Responding to guest queries and overnight calls
Ensuring excellent guest service throughout the night shift
What we're looking for:
To be successful in this Night Manager role in Portsmouth, you'll ideally have:
Previous Night Manager or Night Supervisor experience
Experience running Night Audit procedures
Knowledge of Guestline or similar hotel systems such as Opera
Strong communication and organisational skills
A professional and reliable approach to overnight hospitality operations
