- Minimum *1 year of experience* in a fresh food kitchen
- Good knowledge of *all sections* – from *pastry to pass*
- Eager to learn and train under a professional kitchen team
- A passion for high-quality ingredients and creative dishes
- Strong work ethic and ability to thrive under pressure
