In a nutshell
As a People Coordinator you’ll play a key role in creating a seamless and engaging recruitment experience across our Early Careers campaigns. From attraction and assessment through to offers and onboarding, you’ll help ensure every stage of the candidate journey runs smoothly and professionally.
You’ll work closely with candidates, colleagues and external partners to coordinate recruitment campaigns, organise assessment centres and interviews, and support outreach activity across schools, colleges and universities. Alongside this, you’ll help raise awareness of our opportunities, strengthen our early talent pipeline, and contribute to a positive and inclusive candidate experience that reflects our brand.
This is a varied role where you’ll manage multiple priorities while supporting a range of activities across the recruitment cycle. It’s a great opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to attracting future talent into the business.
We welcome applications from individuals who may not have direct recruitment experience but can demonstrate relevant transferable coordination and administration skills.
