Reports to: Billing Manager
Location: Nottingham Head Office
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours a week

What We Need from Yü
Here’s a taste of what you’ll be doing:
* Production and reconciliation of customer PAYG manual statements
* Investigate and resolve all escalated business and customer queries and complaints
* Work with Operations/Commercial Analyst’s to resolve strategic queries/exceptions.
* Ensure system development keeps pace with business requirements
* Co-ordinate activities and information between departments, working in a co-operative manner cross functionally within the business
