Were looking for an experienced Store Manager to take full ownership of day-to-day operations and lead a high-performing team. Youll set the standard for how the store runs, how guests are treated, and how the numbers look. Driving engagement through regular feedback, development planning, in-store training, and team meetings
Owning the guest experience end-to-end, building loyalty and turning first visits into habits
Maintaining operational standards across hygiene, health & safety, brand compliance, and local requirements
Planning and managing shifts around seasonality, footfall, and local events - keeping workflows tight and budgets on track
Overseeing stock management including ordering, counting, and keeping waste within monthly targets
Delivering on KPIs - building sales and optimising store EBITDA across all performance metrics
