1. Proven experience as a PMO Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role within a portfolio office
2. Advanced Power BI skills (dashboard development, data modelling)
3. Advanced Excel skills ( pivot tables, Power Query, complex formulas)
4. Strong data analysis and interpretation capability
5. Experience producing senior-level reports and dashboards
6. Ability to translate data into meaningful insights and recommendations
7. High attention to detail and data accuracy
8. Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Although not essential, the following would help candidates stand out …
9. Experience working with PPM and reporting tools ( MS Project, Jira, Confluence)
10. Experience working across both traditional (PRINCE2) and Agile/Lean delivery environments, supporting hybrid delivery models
11. Experience working in utilities, infrastructure, engineering, or other regulated environments
