We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Care Team Leader to join our residential mental health service, Laughton Croft. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, person-centred environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality care and support to adults with mental health needs.

As a Team Leader, you will play a key role in supporting the Registered Manager and Deputy Manager with the day-to-day running of the service. You’ll lead shifts, mentor staff, oversee care delivery, and help create a safe, empowering, and recovery-focused environment where residents can thrive.

This is more than just a leadership role, it’s an opportunity to positively impact lives, champion best practice, and help individuals achieve greater independence, confidence, and wellbeing.

* Lead handovers and team meetings to ensure excellent communication across shifts
* Work collaboratively with families, healthcare professionals, and external agencies
* Promote a positive team culture built on respect, compassion, and accountability

Quality & Compliance

* Ensure all care records and documentation are accurate, up to date, and compliant
* Support audits, inspections, and quality monitoring within the service
* Champion safeguarding, best practice, and high standards of mental health care
* Ensure all staff follow policies, procedures, and recovery-focused approaches

* Compassionate, recovery-focused, and person-centred approach to care
* Mileage paid over 5 miles (up to 50 miles per day)
