Schedule technicians, engineers, and sub-contractors. Minimise client disruption, manage rescheduling, and maintain positive relationships. Ensure sub-contractor orders are within budget. Maximise productivity and reduce downtime. Maintain accurate purchase orders and procurement records. Keep work orders up to date in management systems. Maintain records of work orders and procurement. Provide monthly performance reports. Meet KPI targets. Train/mentor staff and advise management. Attend meetings, training, and conferences. The Ideal Person: Experience scheduling technicians/engineers/sub-contractors. Knowledge of building maintenance/property services terminology. IT/database proficiency (record keeping, task management). Team player with ability to work independently. Customer service experience (help desk/contact centre).
