What You’ll Do
* Proven experience in HR management and people leadership
* Lead end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and talent development
* Manage team utilisation reporting and guide managers on best practice
* Oversee HR policies, employee relations, and compliance
* Analyse HR data to identify trends, inform decision-making, and improve organisational processes.
* Drive learning, development, and competency frameworks
* Foster employee engagement, retention, and recognition initiatives

* Proven HR management experience and people leadership
* CIPD-qualified, Experienced or HR degree advantageous
