Commercial Vehicle Leasing - Business Development Manager
* £35,000 - £45,000
* Double OTE uncapped
* Company Car
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants control of their pipeline rather than waiting for marketing to do the heavy lifting. You will have inbound support but this is a commercially minded sales environment where proactive outreach is what moves the needle. There is a long established CRM system which is bespoke and has been heavily invested in and built over seven years and is being pushed forward with ongoing AI development.
The wider commercial story matters here. The business specialises in commercial vehicles up to 3.5 tonnes and has around fifteen to twenty thousand active customers.
What you will be doing:
• Building new business through outbound prospecting with a focus on commercial vehicle and finance opportunities.
• Qualifying requirements and presenting the right funding route and vehicle solution.
• Selling cars, vans and pickups to a mix of business and personal customers.
• Hitting monthly unit and revenue targets in a structured sales process.

• Experience in outbound sales or business development in a target driven environment.
• A proactive mindset with the discipline to build and manage a strong pipeline.
• Commercial judgement and a straightforward communication style.
• The resilience to handle a varied sales cycle and close consistently.
