About the Role
RedSeven is hiring a customer-facing Event Assistant to support our live promotional events across Bristol. This is a face‑to‑face role where you’ll help set up event spaces, talk directly with customers, and support on‑site sales activity.
What You’ll Do
* Assist with the set‑up and smooth running of live event activations
* Welcome and engage customers in friendly, face‑to‑face conversations
* Share clear product information and support customers through sign‑ups or purchases
* Contribute to daily sales goals through strong customer interaction
* Provide feedback after events to help improve future performance
What We’re Looking For
* Confident communication in busy, in‑person environments
* Strong people skills and a positive, proactive attitude
* Organised, reliable, and comfortable working towards goals
* Customer‑facing, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is helpful but not required
