Customer Support Administrator
We are recruiting for a Customer Support Administrator to join a thriving business based in Brierley Hill. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and customer-focused individual with experience in customer service, order processing and administration, an immediate start is also available for the right person.
Responsibilities
* Process bookings accurately and ensure there are no duplicate entries.
o Investigate courier issues with DPD and DHL, including claims for failed deliveries.
o Manage international delivery enquiries.
o Respond to customer queries via ticketing system, email and telephone.
o Send pre-order notifications and updates.
o Generate return labels and process customer returns.
o Monitor eBay and Amazon accounts to maintain strong performance ratings.
o Support warehouse workflow and communicate order updates.
o Handle fraud notifications and escalate concerns appropriately.
o Assist with crediting customer orders once fully trained.
o Act as a key point of contact between customers, the warehouse and internal departments.
o Provide feedback to management on recurring customer concerns and service improvements.
What We Are Looking For
* Previous experience in customer service, sales order processing or administration.
o Excellent communication skills and confidence handling challenging customer situations.
o Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
o Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
o Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
o A proactive and positive approach to problem-solving.
