This role is hands on and varied, working in a clean and safe environment where accuracy and teamwork are key. You don't need a scientific background, as long as you're eager to learn, we'll provide full training.
Responsibilities
* Help with the safe making and packing of medicines.
* Carefully measure, mix, and check materials, following step-by-step instructions.
* Pack products using machines or by hand, keeping everything consistent.
* Take samples and record information to help keep quality high.
* Work as part of a team to meet daily production targets.
* Always follow safety and quality rules to keep the workplace safe and products reliable.
* Experience working in production, manufacturing, or a similar hands-on role is helpful, but it’s not essential.
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to carefully follow instructions.
* Good timekeeping and organisational skills.
* A team player with a positive attitude.
