What You'll Do
* Ensure compliance with retail offers, branding, and standards across all locations.
* Drive a culture of commercial excellence by maximising sales opportunities and adapting to seasonal and customer trends with energy and agility.
* Monitor and improve operational costs on a nationwide basis through best in class retail practices.
* Work closely with teams to optimise labour, equipment, and facilities for maximum efficiency.
* Conduct onsite support and visits to ensure brand standards, customer experience, and performance targets are met and reviewed regularly.
* Lead performance across all contracts by reducing variability and closing performance gaps through action oriented leadership.
* Provide training to improve merchandising, upselling, and customer engagement at store level.
* Collaborate with industry and professional groups to gather insights and enhance the company’s profile in the retail sector.
