Childrens MASH Social Worker
Are you a dedicated and dynamic Social Worker with a passion for safeguarding children? We're looking for an experienced Children's MASH Social Worker to join our fast-paced Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) team in the Midlands.
This is a vital frontline role where your professional judgment and analytical skills will help protect children at risk and ensure timely, appropriate interventions.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Screening and triaging referrals relating to child protection and welfare concerns.
Gathering and analysing multi-agency information to assess risk and need.
Working in close partnership with professionals from police, health, education, and other key services.
Making threshold decisions and contributing to strategy discussions.
Maintaining clear, concise, and accurate case records.
What we're looking for in a Childrens MASH Social Worker
Qualified Social Worker (Social Work England registered).
Experience in child protection or MASH/social care front door services.
Strong risk assessment, decision-making, and communication skills.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a collaborative, multi-agency environment.
