* 8pm-8am working on a '3 on 3 off' rota

Located near the stunning Lancashire coast our newly refurbished 62-bed home offers a modern welcoming and supportive environment for both our residents and team members.

As a Care Practitioner on Nights your role will include:
* Assisting residents with personal care meals and evening routines to ensure comfort and well-being throughout the night
* Conducting regular safety and welfare checks on all residents
* Accurately documenting and updating care records and reports
* Managing and administering medications in line with care plans and policies
* Responding promptly to residents’ needs including addressing any emergencies or changes in health
* Supporting and assisting new or less-experienced team members during the night shift
* Helping maintain a clean and safe environment including performing light housekeeping tasks as needed
* Collaborating with the day shift team for a smooth handover and continuity of care

* Overtime is paid for working over full time hours. However overtime enhancement will not be featured on your contract of employment and can be withdrawn at any time as manager’s decision is final. What we’re looking for :
* A caring and positive attitude
* Genuine interest in health and social care (previous experience is beneficial but not essential)
* Ability to work independently during night hours while staying alert and responsive
* Flexibility to work night shifts as required
