Join our Group Strategy team and play a pivotal role in shaping TUIs long-term strategic direction. Working closely with senior leadership and our Group Executive Committee, youll drive value creation initiatives across our diverse portfolio of businesses, from airlines to hotels and beyond.
Due to where our key stakeholders are based, were ideally looking to recruit in Germany, UK, Spain, Netherlands or Belgium, but were open to applications from candidates based in any of our other European office locations.

ABOUT THE JOB
Youll partner with our senior leadership team to develop TUI Groups strategy, working on highly sensitive projects directly sponsored by our Group Executive Committee members.
Rare opportunity to work directly for TUIs Group Director of Strategy, with high visibility at senior leadership level.
Leading complex cross-functional projects from concept to business case is a key part of your role, ensuring smooth handover to relevant business units or group functions.
We need you to coordinate discussions and structure partnerships with C-level executives from potential global partners.
Your analytical skills will shine as you review our strategic peer group, track competitor activities, and provide timely insights to senior management through monthly reports.
Acting as our Group Strategy ambassador, youll support recruitment, onboard new team members, and represent TUI in strategic discussions with external partners.
Contributing to our teams knowledge base with high-quality analysis and fresh perspectives will help drive continuous improvement across our strategic initiatives.
ABOUT YOU
Prior experience in either strategy (management consulting, corporate strategy), or banking/investments along with strong analytical problem-solving skills and excellent business modelling skills are essential for this role.
Your proven experience working independently with significant personal responsibility demonstrates your ability to thrive in this fast-paced environment.
Were looking for someone with a leadership and value creation mindset who can translate complex research into effective strategic recommendations.
Strong senior stakeholder management skills are crucial, particularly your proven ability to navigate complex matrix structures and influence decision-making.
