The Role:
This role is for an Assistant Night Shift Managersomeone ambitious and ready to make an impact. Youll be results-oriented and driven to succeed.
Youll be working in a small, experienced, and collaborative team, and be responsible for:
* Record near misses, unsafe acts and unsafe conditions
* Work with the Nightshift Manager to set and achieve targets and support the overall running of the shop floor during the shift.
* Oversee key production processes across all stages.
* Assess ways to improve and develop the nightshift staff
