We are seeking a dedicated Automotive Youth Mentor to join a school full-time and support the vocational Automotive provision. About the Role As an Automotive Youth Mentor, you will: * Work alongside the automotive teacher to support and guide students aged 14-16. * Assist with practical automotive workshops using industry-standard equipment. * Support students' personal and vocational development in a learning environment that mirrors the world of work. * Help maintain a safe, respectful, and supportive environment, encouraging responsibility, good conduct and positive attitudes. * Offer pastoral support and mentorship to students who benefit from alternative provision, helping them stay engaged and build confidence, resilience and life-skills.
