New Car Sales Executive
Location: Preston Volkswagen
Contract Type: Permanent, full-time
Salary: OTE £50,000 per annum, with basic of £25,000
Hours: 44 hours per week, between Monday- Friday 09:00 - 18:30, Saturday 09:00 - 17:00 & Sunday 11:00-15:00 (One day off in the week and weekends on rota basis)
Lookers Preston VW for an ambitious and experienced Sales Executive to join our hard-working and friendly team on site. Specialising in New Car sales, you will work alongside our passionate sales team to provide Lookers first class customer service.
Joining our hard-working sales team, you will be a team player with exceptional communication skills which will enable you to build rapport with colleagues and customers. Our Sales Executives are the key points of contact and pay close attention to detail to understand all of our customers wants and needs.
Responsibilities
1. Communicating with customers via email, telephone and in person
2. Suggesting suitable vehicles based on customer needs
3. Arranging and accompanying customers on test drives
4. Negotiating the final price for the sale
5. Completing the relevant paperwork for each sale
6. Liaising with various departments within the dealership to provide the best service to all our customers
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be self-motivated to crack on with the job and be passionate about what they do. You will be expected to hit targets so being ambitious and hard-working is essential.
Previous experience in a similar position and within the motor trade is desirable. You will hold a full UK driving license as you may be expected to drive some of the most prestigious cars on the market!
