Assistant Project Manager - Salary & Benefits
* Salary: £26,000 - £34,000 DOE
* £4,000 car allowance

Assistant Project Manager - Job Overview
* Support the delivery of secure construction schemes across multiple sectors
* Assist in procurement, logistics, programme management, and documentation
* Attend meetings with contractors, clients, and consultants
* Contribute to tender packages, feasibility studies, and planning submissions
* Work with senior PMs to monitor project risks, deliverables, and schedules
* Office-based in Chichester with site travel across London & Home Counties

Assistant Project Manager - Job Requirements
* Degree, HND, HNC or equivalent in Construction Management or similar
* Minimum 1 year of industry experience (post-degree or placement) is advantageous but not essential
* Full UK driving licence
* Proactive mindset, strong organisational skills, and a desire to learn
