Looking for a flexible part-time HR role? We’re recruiting an HR Administrator to support a busy team in the Inverkeithing area. This is a fully onsite position, offering 20–25 hours per week, with flexibility on how these hours are worked.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle day-to-day HR administration, including contracts and employee records.
* Manage pensions and benefits administration through online portals.
* Support line managers with absence tracking and basic HR queries.
* Ensure compliance with HR policies and maintain accurate documentation.
* Liaise with external advisors for guidance on employment matters when needed.
Experience & Skills Required
* Previous experience in HR administration or a similar role.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to manage confidential information professionally.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
* A proactive, hands-on approach and willingness to learn.
