Duties of a Mobile Service Technician:
8. Perform preventative maintenance, scheduled services, and repairs on a variety of vehicles at customer locations.
9. Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults accurately and efficiently
10. Conduct roadside and on-site repairs to minimise vehicle downtime
11. Complete routine inspections, fluid checks, and part replacements in line with manufacturer standards
12. Provide clear technical advice and excellent customer service
13. Liaise with customers to schedule maintenance visits and update them on repair progress
14. Maintain detailed records of all work carried out, including parts used and customer interactions
15. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations during mobile operations
Requirements for a Mobile Service Technician:
16. Level 3 qualified Vehicle Technician qualification or equivalent
17. Electric vehicle qualification is highly desirable
18. Proven experience in vehicle servicing, diagnostics, and repairs
19. Ability to work independently across different locations within London
20. Full UK driving licence with a clean record
21. Strong customer service and communication skills
22. Willingness to work flexible shifts including nights or days as required
23. Based within a reasonable commute to Kingston upon Thames or willing to travel across London
