Our people are our success, and we work as one team.
We are recruiting a Senior Marketing and Business Development Executive to support our Property team, covering priorities across Development & Investment, Planning & Environment and Property Dispute Resolution.
This role carries a high degree of autonomy and involves operating with partner level stakeholders– it is very much a ‘trusted advisor’ role and the partners look to this team for ideas, strategic input, a dynamic approach, and informed views, as well as effective multi-channel BD support for collaboration with sector colleagues.
The Property Group has recently benefitted from dedicated resource and therefore this presents an opportunity to shape the group’s strategy alongside the Business Development Manager.
This role will be based out of our central London office and our standard working hours are 9.30am-5.30pm, however as an inclusive employer, we are willing to consider any flexible working requests.
Candidate Overview
We are looking for candidates who ideally hold the following skills and experience:
1. Proven experience at a Senior Marketing and BD level, or exceptional quality at an exec level, ideally within the legal industry or similar partnership environments
2. Experience in property would be highly advantageous.
3. Able to lead on content creation for several outputs, including capability documents, client brochures, pitches, thought leadership campaigns and various social media channels.
4. Experience on being the creative / design lead for the above content.
5. Evidence of working as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders such as Partners – giving advice and guidance and being able to challenge where necessary.
6. Experience in the management of sector specific trade memberships - ensuring that we maximise membership opportunities.
7. Comfortable working across various ‘levels’ of work, from strategic to administrative.
8. Experience with Award and Directory submissions would be ideal.
9. Able to take genuine ownership of this role with minimal supervision – managing a complex and varied workload, keeping up to date with news and trends, and being an early adopter of new technology (for example Copilot for research and document creation).
