Duties

* Participate in inventory management and stock rotation to minimise waste.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations and high-quality food presentation.
* Follow recipes and portion control guidelines as directed by senior chefs.
* Contribute to a positive team environment by demonstrating leadership qualities and effective communication skills.
Skills
* Supervising experience is advantageous for guiding junior kitchen staff.
