Job Overview:
We are currently seeking an experienced and hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to join our team in a busy cold/frozen storage facility based in Deeside. This is a temporary to permanent opportunity, offering a competitive hourly rate with excellent long-term prospects for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Supervise daily warehouse operations across rotating shifts in a cold/frozen storage environment.
2. Lead, manage, and motivate warehouse operatives to meet productivity and safety targets.
3. Ensure compliance with all health & safety, food safety, and hygiene regulations.
4. Oversee inbound and outbound shipments, inventory accuracy, and stock control.
5. Liaise with transport teams, drivers, and external partners to ensure timely dispatches.
