This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious sales professional to develop and expand sales across the UK and Ireland, working with a well-established portfolio of innovative industrial products. The successful candidate will play a key role in generating new business opportunities, developing existing customer relationships, and delivering technical solutions that add value to customers across a wide range of industries. Key Responsibilities Identify, develop and secure new business opportunities across the UK and Ireland. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and sales opportunities. Focus on end-user customers while collaborating closely with the Business Development team on key accounts and strategic opportunities. Conduct proactive sales activities through telephone, email and LinkedIn prospecting. Plan and manage customer visits, presentations and demonstrations. Prepare quotations, pricing proposals, reports and sales forecasts. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve growth targets. Utilise CRM systems to manage customer relationships and sales activities. Provide valuable market intelligence, customer feedback and competitor insights. Support marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns. Assist with product installations, commissioning and troubleshooting where required. Provide specialist technical support to colleagues, distributors and international sales teams. About You Proven experience within a business-to-business technical sales environment. Strong commercial awareness and a successful track record of developing new business. Technical background or the ability to quickly understand and communicate technical solutions. Skilled in consultative selling and building relationships with decision-makers at all levels. Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills. Self-motivated, organised and target-driven with a proactive approach. Comfortable working independently while contributing positively to a team environment.
