Train teams and monitor their progress, with focus on excellent service, standards, and a guest-first approach. Contribute to operational efficiency and profitability of all retail outlets. Collaborate with kitchen, BoH and senior management on ordering, stock taking and reporting. Deputise for the Retail Manager in their absence, providing feedback and ensuring standards and service continuity. As Assistant Catering Manager, you will bring: 2 years experience as Supervisor or Assistant Manager in a similar workplace setting, ideally overseeing multiple outlets. Experience training, motivating and leading a small team. Understading of business costs and their controls. Adaptability and openess to crossdepartmental contribution.
