The Role of Deputy Store Manager
We are looking for an experienced retail leader to join our Edinburgh store on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. As Deputy Store Manager you will work closely with the Store Manager to deliver an outstanding customer experience, achieve store KPIs and develop a high‑performing team.
* Assist the Store Manager with day‑to‑day store operation and KPI achievement.
* Lead, motivate and develop supervisors and sales assistants, setting a positive example.
* Support the delivery of an exceptional in‑store experience for new and expectant parents.
* Champion an inclusive and welcoming environment for all customers and staff.
Qualifications and Experience
* Previous experience as a Supervisor, Deputy or Assistant Manager in a retail environment.
* Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
* Ability to drive KPI achievement and develop a motivated team.
* Passion for creating memorable moments for customers.
