&BROWHAUS is excited to announce an opportunity to join our luxury brow and lash bar in Balham, South West London. We are currently welcoming applications for experienced and talented lash and brow technicians to become part of the &BROWHAUS team.
We are looking for someone passionate about the beauty industry with a creative eye for detail and a warm, chatty personality to engage with clients, ensuring they enjoy the full experience from start to finish. Our signature style is to enhance clients' eyebrows and eyelashes while maintaining a natural, beautiful look.
Position Details
This is a part-time role working Monday, Friday, and Saturday, from 9 AM – 5 PM.
As a Lash and Brow Technician at &BROWHAUS, you will be responsible for:
* Delivering high-quality lash and brow services.
* Creating a welcoming and friendly atmosphere, engaging with clients throughout their visit.
* Helping clients feel confident and beautiful through your expertise and customer care.
Minimum Requirements
* EYEBROW THREADING SKILLS ARE REQUIRED TO APPLY FOR THIS POSITION
* Previous experience as a Lash and Brow Technician (minimum 6 months)
* Proven track record of delivering high-quality services
* Strong eye for detail and excellent communication skills
* Strong customer service experience
* Punctual, reliable, and well-presented
Our Expectations
* Confidently perform lash lift & tint and brow lamination treatments
* Listen to and meet clients' expectations
* Maintain a clean and tidy workspace and assist with the day-to-day running of the salon
* Welcome clients, manage bookings via our booking system, process payments, and assist with front-of-house duties as needed
* Stay up to date with current brow and lash trends and offer bespoke advice tailored to each client's style
