Are you a skilled machinist looking for a new role within engineering? Do you have any experience operating or running CNC machinery? If so, we are looking for a skilled machinist to operate & run a bespoke CNC machine for an engineering firm in Ipswich, Suffolk.
This is permanent position paying a starting salary paying over £17ph, with overtime paid at increased rates of pay!
Standard hours before moving onto a 06:00-18:00 shift working 6 days every 2 weeks.
The machine you will be running is not a common machine you will see in most workshops so training will be supplied, however we are still only considering applicants with engineering backgrounds.
Skills Required: -
Must have had CNC setting & operating experience (ideally on lathes)
Previously operated manual mills & lathes
Must be able to read from technical drawings
Knowledge of CNC controls
