Description
Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.
Reconcile bank statements and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
Prepare financial reports and assist in month-end processes.
Manage invoices, payments, and expense tracking efficiently.
Support the team with budgeting and financial forecasting.
Ensure all financial data is updated and stored correctly.
Collaborate with other departments to address financial queries.
Assist in preparing documentation for audits or financial reviews.
Profile
A Successful Bookkeeper Should Have
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices.
Experience working within the property sector.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Experience in the property industry is desirable but not essential.
Job Offer
A salary of up to £30 P/H.
