Taking the lead where appropriate and collobatrating with more Senior staff on more complex projects. The CDM Principal Designer's role The CDM Principal Designer will be responsible for ensuring the integration of health and safety in the design process and advising clients on their duties under CDM 2015. The role also includes preparing pre-construction information and liaising closely with all project stakeholders.
